Your contacts, encrypted and private — no exceptions

Saropa Contacts encrypts your data on-device and during sync. No unencrypted backups, no server-side access, no data selling. Optional telemetry is opt-in and never touches personal contact details.

You Are In Control

Your personal contact data belongs to you. Manage, secure, and back up your information. Explore our detailed Privacy Policy and GDPR information.

Secure by Design

Contacts are encrypted on your device and during cloud sync. No unencrypted backups, no server-side access to your data.

Transparent & Optional Telemetry

You can opt-in to share anonymous usage data to help us improve. We never collect your personal contact details.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We never sell your data. Core features are free, supported by optional paid features for professional users.

Emergency Quick Bar

Local emergency numbers appear at the top of the dialer screen based on your current location. One tap to call police, fire, or ambulance without searching.

Call Notices

Pre-call warnings before calling specific contacts or countries. Set reminders like "Don't call Mom before 9am" or get timezone alerts before international calls.

Encrypted on your device, encrypted in transit

Contact data is encrypted before it leaves your phone and stays encrypted during cloud sync. There are no unencrypted backups sitting on a server. Even if someone intercepted the sync traffic, they would see only encrypted data they cannot read.

No data selling, no hidden monetization

Saropa never sells your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Core features are free; the business model relies on optional paid features for professionals. Your address book is not a product.

You decide what leaves your phone

Every share is previewed before sending. Optional telemetry is clearly labeled and opt-in — it collects anonymous usage patterns to improve the app, never your personal contact details. You can turn it off at any time from settings.

Manage, secure, and export your data

Your contact data belongs to you. Export it, back it up, or delete it — those controls are always available. Biometric locking adds a second layer so even someone with physical access to your phone cannot open your address book without your fingerprint or face.

Privacy is not a feature toggle. It is how the app is built.

Encrypted backup, zero data selling, and full export control — free.

Common questions about contact backup and privacy

How does Saropa back up my contacts?

Saropa syncs your contacts to its encrypted cloud storage using the categories you choose — you control whether work contacts, personal contacts, or both are included. Backups happen automatically whenever your contacts change, so there is nothing to schedule or remember. Your data stays on your device and in your private cloud — it is never shared with third parties.

Can I restore contacts if I lose my phone?

Yes. Sign in to Saropa on your new device, and your backed-up contacts restore automatically. The app preserves all fields — phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes, and photos — exactly as they were. You can also export contacts as a vCard file for additional peace of mind.

Is my contact data encrypted?

All contact data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Saropa does not sell, share, or mine your data. The app stores contacts on your device and syncs only what you allow to the cloud. You can review exactly what is stored via the Trust Dashboard at any time.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Your contacts remain on your phone — Saropa edits the same contact database your phone uses, not a separate copy. Cloud backups stay available if you reinstall. No data is lost or locked behind the app.
